How long does a website take?
Depending on the package about 2 to 6 weeks: Start approx. 2 weeks, Business approx. 3–4, Professional approx. 5–6. AI and automation projects take correspondingly longer. You get the exact schedule after the first conversation.
Do I need my own texts and images?
Helpful, but not required. You upload existing material conveniently in the customer portal, and we work out the rest together.
Can I request changes?
Yes. You can see a preview at any time and give feedback before anything is published.
What exactly does the AI advisor do?
It answers visitor questions solely from the knowledge you approve and passes enquiries with all details straight to you. It does not make up prices or promises.
What do the extras include?
Domain and hosting (hosting without support is also available for 19 € a month), graphics and design such as logo and corporate design, and online marketing. We state the price in the quote.
How is payment made?
40 % on order, 60 % on acceptance, each within 14 days. On request, instalments over 3, 6 or 12 months at 6 % interest are possible. Monthly support (hosting, chatbot, updates) is optional and can be added; hosting is also available on its own for 19 € a month. As a small business we do not charge VAT.
Do you also look after us after launch?
Yes. You report change requests through the customer portal, and on request we take care of maintenance, backups and updates.
How much does a website cost?
Packages start at 1.990 € (Start) and go up to 14.990 € (Enterprise), each as a one-time payment. The price calculator shows you an indicative price straight away. You receive the exact quote after a short conversation.
Is the quote binding?
Yes. You know your price before you start, and there are no hidden costs.
How does the collaboration work?
We start with a non-binding conversation, develop the concept and design, build your website and continue to support you afterwards. You have a dedicated point of contact throughout.
